How Long does it take for me to get my item?
Your products will typically leave our Oregon location within 1-3 days of your order. The US Postal Service will then deliver your item based on the shipping option you selected, typically at your door in 3-5 days from the date of shipment. International customers please expect 2-4 weeks delivery, can be extended based on your local postal system or in the event something is held by customs. Some international locations can take up to 8 weeks.
Is my shipment insured?
While lost or destroyed items are VERY rare, items lost by the carrier are at the risk of the customer - if you require insurance for your order, please Contact Us PRIOR to placing your order.
What are the Shipping Charges to my location?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world - just ADD the item to your cart, VIEW the cart, and enter your country and zipcode for instant pricing! Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For international customers, we are unable to predict nor are responsible for any taxes or tariffs assessed to you by your local governments. If this is concern to you, please contact your local postal service.
RETURNS
Return NEW products:
If you wish to return an item, you must Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return in order to receive the required RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will respond quickly with an attempt to troubleshoot your problem by email, followed by instructions for how to return items from your order.
Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund of purchase price if returned within 14 days from date of receipt and returned in FULLY resalable (new) condition-packed in original manufacturer's box, complete with instructions and ALL components. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned parts as the shipping is a service rendered by your chosen postal carrier, and cannot be recouped from the carrier. Any item missing components during return will incur part-replacement expenses deducted from the customer refund. A restocking charge may apply on items that are special order / non-stock or damaged at the discretion of staff.
Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g. books, DVD's, videos, special order items etc).
Return USED products for repairs:
You must Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return in order to receive the required RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will respond quickly with an attempt to troubleshoot your problem by email. Troubleshooting must be completed to the satisfaction of tech support prior to your item being returned - this is to prevent unnecessary shipping costs and delays as many times we can help resolve your problem.
Once it has been identified that your item should be returned, you will be sent instructions on how to ship your item for warranty inspection. Any item found to have customer induced damage (accidental or intentional) that is not a manufacturers defect will incur a charge for the parts and repairs along with the return shipping charges from Oregon to your location. This invoice will be emailed to you for payment via Credit Card prior to the return of your item.
Items found to have a manufacturers defect will be repaired free of charge and shipped to your location. Customers with HEADSET repairs will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our Oregon location - required shipping charges will be invoiced by email for payment via Credit Card (this is due to the ongoing increase in expense from the US Postal Service).

REFUNDS
How Long until I get my refund?
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of the return date, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
